Respond! is Ireland's largest not for profit Housing Association. We seek to create audpositive future for people by alleviating poverty and creating vibrant, socially integratedudcommunities. We do this through providing access to education, childcare, communityuddeVelopment programmes, housing and other supports.udRespond! was established in 1982 as a Company limited by guarantee, with charitableudstatus. In 1984 we were approved by the Department of the Environment, Heritage andudLocal Government as a Housing Association. We have built almost 5200 homes nationwideudwith a further 350 under construction. Respond! has provided homes for families, olderudpersons, the homeless and disabled people.
