STECF expert working group 11-10 was convened in September 2011 to assess EU Member States annualreports on their efforts to achieve balance between fishing opportunities and fishing fleet capacity, and theCommission summaries of those reports. Overall there have been further improvements in completeness andquality of EU Member States reports on their efforts to achieve balance.
