Reconfigurable Hardware Solutions for the Digital Rights Management of Digital Cinema

摘要

This paper presents a hardware implementation of a decoderfor Digital Cinema images. This decoder enables us to dealwith image size of 2K with 24 frames per second and 36bits per pixels. It is the first implementation known nowadaysthat perfectly fits in one single Virtex-IIFPGA andincludes AES decryption, JPEG 2000 decompression andfingerprinting blocks. This hardware offers therefore highqualityimage processing as well as robust security.
