Philosophical elements of contemporary constitutional law: the basics of the legal principle of human dignity between kantian practical reazon and Heidegger’s practical world

[Abstract] This article intends to expose the philosophical discussion of the legal principle of human dignity in contemporary constitutional states. To do this, scroll through basic philosophical paradigms, namely, the modern metaphysics of Kant, based on his Copernican revolution, and the Heidegger's hermeneutic phenomenology, concerning the basis of the principle in question and highlight its necessary hermeneutical approach.
