In this study, strategy of technology and business of PT Moenaputra udNusantara's packing house is analyzed. The aims of this study are; (1) to identify udthe influence factors and benefits of implementing technology strategy, (2) to udstudy PT Moenaputra Nusantara's packing house processing, (3) to contribute udfor PT Moenaputra Nusantara's corporate business development. udBasic approach applied is descriptive case study. Internal Factor udEvaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), and SWOT matrix are used udfor analyzing PT Moenaputra Nusantara's condition. Science and Technological udManagement Information System is used for analyzing technological ability. udValue chain theory is used for analyzing of business strategy.. The result is udintegity of technology and business strategy. udThe finding shows that PT Moenaputra Nusantara's transformation udtechnology is middle scale, and its technology ability is equal on implementing udpacking house technology in Indonesia. udThe conclusion of technology and business strategy is technology udexploiter strategy and quality leadership strategy. In mid term, Niche leadership udstrategy as implemented technology exploiter strategy is preferred. And, in long udterm, green technology strategy as implemented technology follower strategy is udpreferred. udud
