Coagulation disorders are common in patients withudmalignancy, sometimes leading to arterial and venousudthrombosis. Such patients are therefore at increased riskudfor ischaemic stroke. Though usually occurring inudadvanced stages of cancers, sometimes stroke can be theudfirst manifestation of a hidden, yet undiagnosed,udmalignancy. This report presents a case of recurrentudstrokes secondary to malignancy-relatedudthromboembolism in a 63-year old gentleman.
