Change in physical properties of green peas during fluidised bed drying

Changes in physical properties (shrinkage, particle density, bulk density and porosity of the bed) of green peas with change in moisture content during drying were investigated using a fluidised bed dryer, using drying temperatures of 30,40 and 50 C.
