A die is a specialize tool used in manufacturing industries to cut or shapeudmaterial using a press tool. Like molds, dies are generally customized to the itemudthey are used to create. Products made with dies range from simple paper clips toudcomplex pieces used in advanced technology. udSpotting dies is a process to check off the top plate and bottom plate from theudseveral processes in making the product using a press tool, where until now theudsetting is done with manual process or need operator to do it. So it will have muchudtime because the tool must be lifted and locked by the bolt and manually open. udAn assistive device is needed for process of spotting dies, so it will makeudeasier to set up the product. It will be interesting to solve the problem and will be ableudto increase the efficiency of spotting dies by reducing time without make influence ofudthe product. Finally, these final projects seek the assist device to reduce timeudprocess. udAfter the plan of manufacture process was done, the assistive device will buildudas soon as possible. v
