Sistema informático para la distribución de productos, control de compras, proveedores y administración de requisiciones del Ministerio de Economía de la República de El Salvador

Este documento contiene información sobre el desarrollo del proyecto ―SISTEMA INFORMÁTICO PARA LA DISTRIBUCIÓN DE PRODUCTOS, CONTROL DE COMPRAS, PROVEEDORES Y ADMINISTRACIÓN DE REQUISICIONES DEL MINISTERIO DE ECONOMÍA DE LA REPÚBLICA DE EL SALVADOR‖, que fue realizado como tesis previo al grado de Ingeniero de Sistemas Informáticos tanto para la sede central del MINEC como para sus dependencias DIGESTYC y CENADE. En este documento se presentan primero los procesos que la institución realizaba, estos eran de tipo híbridos ya que algunos estaban sistematizados y otros eran manuales, ambos presentaban problemas a los usuarios y después de realizar un estudio se detectó que la principal causa era la emisión de reportes de forma tardía con información descentralizada y poco confiable. Posteriormente se expone en este documento la viabilidad del proyecto en el área económica, operativa y técnica que resultó factible, dando paso a la identificación de requerimientos informáticos, operativos y de desarrollo que facilitaron el análisis previo al diseño y programación del sistema informático, solventando los problemas que tenía el Ministerio de Economía y sus dependencias en los procesos de distribución de productos, gestión de compras y centralización de información de consumo, inventarios y cierres, beneficiando a una de las Secretarías de Estado que conforman el Órgano Ejecutivo del Gobierno Central.udSUMARY udThis document contains information on the Project ―COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF GOODS, CONTROL SHOPPING, SUPPLIERS AND MANAGEMENT REQUISITIONS MINISTRY OF ECONOMY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR‖. Which was made as a thesis prior to the degree Engineer Computer Systems for both headquarters and their dependencies MINEC, DIGESTYC and CENADE. In this document presents first, processes previously used by the institution, these were kind of hybrid since some were systemized and others were kind, both had problems for users and after a study it was found that the main cause was the issuance of reports belatedly with decentralized and unreliable information. Subsequently discussed in this document the viability of the project in the economic, operational and technical area that was feasible, leading to the identification of computer, operating requirements and development that facilitated the pre-design and programming of computer system analysis, solving the problems that had the Ministry of Economy and its dependencies in the process of product distribution, purchasing management and centralization of information consumption, inventories and closures, benefiting one of the Secretaries of State who make up the Executive Body of the Central Government.
