Du tuteur à la fonction tutorale : contradictions et difficultés de mise en œuvre

Even if the notion of mentoring is everpresent in France in the 1 990's, its implementation and organization in companies do raise some problems. CITADEL is a consulting and training organism which devises and leads actions aimed at developing mentoring in professional sectors and companies ; this organism points out Hie existence of difficulties at three levels, during the promotion, Hie conception and the realization of the mentoring process. These difficulties partly lie in the fact that the prevailing representations of the actors concerned by mentoring are not consistent with the actual practices and the local conditions of their development.
