L'origine et l'importation des meules à grains dans un village de la chôra marseillaise aux IIe et Ier s. av. J.-C. (oppidum de La Cloche, Les Pennes-Mirabeau, B.-du-Rh.)

摘要

Micro-textural pétrographie analysis of the basalt millstones of La Cloche village, near Marseilles (IInd to Ist century B.C.) is presented. It shows a strong preponderance of lithic material originating from Cap d'Agde (located 150 km from La Cloche). On the other hand, very few material was importated from the nearest Toulon hinterland region (40 km). This seems to confirm the regional supremacy of greek Marseilles trade during this period.
