Episcopal collegiality is being rethought today on a double basis : the ecclesiology of fellowship between local Churches and participation in the use of authority in the Church. In this perspective, the following questions arise : has the teaching of Vatican II on episcopal colle giality been "received" ? What pat h has ecclesiology taken since Lumen gentium ? Which paths are to be taken in order to make more progress.
