The training of secondary school mathematics teachers’ practices In this paper, we present hypothesis on the training in the practices of maths teachers (in junior and senior high schools) which have been brought out, both from the existing general research work on this subject, and from our own research in mathematics didactics on teachers’ practices. A precise example allows us to illustrate the different points. First, some of our results on these practices are summed up and, in conclusion, research prospects are proposed to assess some training sessions.
