Abstract. - The climatic anomalies are defined from particular means chosen for reference, as the deviations which are more than twice the standard deviation of normalized distributions. The study of a few severe winters in Europe shows the same positive anomaly of pressure field more or less centered over Island and a lack of correlation with the North-East of the american continent.
