Les départements de la Grande Couronne parisienne et la révision du Schéma Directeur (About the revision of the urban development scheme of the Greater Paris)

Abstract. — Government and regional power are going to bring up the regional planning and urban policies in the Ile-de-France (S. D. A. U.R.I. F., Schéma d'Aménagement et d'Urbanisme de la Région d'Ile-de-France). This paper is a study about the difficulty in conciliating the overspill of the population, the urban growth, and the respect of green areas in the outer belt. The departments are also interested in the preparation of the new scheme. They try and save their environment without preventing economic and urban development.
