Etude de l'élévation de l'église Notre-Dame du Val des Nymphes (commune de La Garde-Adhémar, Drôme)

This article presents an elevation study of the romanesque church Notre-Dame du Val des Nymphes (parish ofLa Garde-Adhémar, Drôme), which shows, "piece-worker marks ", as do most of the south-eastern remains of the romanesque art. After the historical record of the place and of the church, the corpus and the interpretation of these marks, the author presents in seven steps of work, the evolution of the building, by the reconstitution of the association of these marks, in accordance with the successive teams of stone cutters, and tries to specify the organisation of the romanesque building site.
