Michael Ziegenbaig. An interdisciplinary cooperation : painters of landscape, cartographers, surveyors of land and mountain in the Renaissance. This paper purports to give an overview of the work done on two projects and of the way by which the problems arising from them could be solved. First is the work of Paul Dax from Tyrol and Austria, followed by Johann Hubinsack with a map from the Valley of the Lièpvre in Alsatia found in the archives of Innsbruck , and last by David of Hemmerdey from Brunswick. Two unknown maps are presented, one of the region of Kitzbuhel and the other from the valley of the Lièpvre in Alsatia.
