Process for definition of the Port Koper – Koper motorway section building plot

The thesis is discussing the process for definition of the Port Koper – Koper motorway section building plot, the borderland proceedings and parcelling out performation. The emphasis is put on the comparative study of the various location plans, the decree is discussed in greater detail, parcel and laying out cross sections calculation and the borderland proceeding itself (from polygon setting up till final report for the Koper's Geodetic direction). The focus is put on borderland proceeding minutes, which is a part of the report and has to contain all the facts and statements that are important for realization of administrative procedure at the Geodetic Direction. Various laws (Zakon o geodetski dejavnosti, ZUP, ZENDMPE), regulations and directives are described in detail. The thesis ends with the findings how we could improve the efficieny and shorten the marking out of the building plot.
