In the diploma thesis there are presented and analysed activities in the Slovenia residential real estate market in 2007–2013. Analysis was performed on a basis of data of the Geodetic administration of the Republic of Slovenia. We analysed a number of transactions as well as an average price of a square meter of a flat or a house in Slovenian municipalities. A special attention was paid to analysis of a dynamics of residential real estate market in important urban centres in the Republic of Slovenia, i.e. in regional centres defined in the Spatial Development Strategy of Slovenia. Findings of our study are in accordance with available literature.
