摘要

The purpose of this paper is to develop and test the model for determining optimaludrehabilitation of wastewater system. As the basic tool the risk analysis was used consideringudundisturbed functioning of wastewater system, its influence on environment, man and costs.udThe theoretical part of the paper presents the complexity of wastewater systems and differentudfactors considered in its management. We presented different rehabilitation strategies andudmethods for analyzing the condition and deterioration of sewers. Short and long term planningudwith respect to asset management and determining rehabilitation priorities and rehabilitationudmethods was introduced.udThe practical part consists of identifying the probability of occurrence of undesired events andudcorresponding consequences defining the risk to environment and man. GIS data base designudand data collecting was implemented. The priority sections of sewers that need rehabilitationudwere defined according to the total risk achieved. Designed method was implemented on theudselected area of sewer system – model.udMulti-criteria decision-making was used for choosing the optimal rehabilitation methodudaccording to five criteria. We have constructed a decision-making tree, determined the criteriaudweights and expressed our preferences to alternatives and concluded with a synthesis of finaludvalues for selected cases.
