Establishing a geodetic network for the purpose of setting-out facilities

The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part treats surveying workudduring the construction of buildings, old and new national coordinate system, the methods ofudmeasurement of horizontal coordinates, and the transformation of coordinate systems. Theuddescribed method of setting out is polar, paper also describes GNSS measurement method,udmethod for measuring horizontal angles and zenith distances, reduction of measured slopeudlengths, indirect adjustment of observations, which gives us the most likely value of theudhorizontal coordinates of points in the geodetic network. For the purpose of establishing audgeodetic network was necessary to calculate the local transformation parameters, so the thesisudalso presents transformation of coordinate systems. The practical part of the thesis relates toudthe calculation of local transformation parameters with application SitraNet and toudmeasurements, calculations and adjustment surveying networks. Based on the results ofudadjustment we compare coordinates of points of geodetic network, established by VRSudmethod of measurement, with the most likely values of the horizontal coordinates.
