Project costs and risks from the viewpoint of construction engineering company

Building renovation projects are often associated with risks, concerning the assessment of the facts that show more/fewer additional works to do on project. All this means cost, which investor must pay in the end of project. In case that all work take one engineering company, all the risks and following costs fall on that company and not to the investor.udIn the first part of the thesis I will describe the general and basic concepts , such as : advisory engineering, investment engineering and implementing engineering, risk , and costs and intertwining between them. Below the thesis will be an analysis of three different possibilities of performance engineering projects that were carried out . The essence of the analysis will show assumes the risks and costs. In the last part of the thesis I will describe the risk, that company assume, and who is guilty and what are consequences, for the engineering company.
