Settlement and registration of borders into the land cadastre and inscription of buildings into the building cadastre

This diploma thesis is an expert's detailed report on the demarcation, division and levellingudof borders, the delimination of the soil under the building as well as the changes in the typeudof usage according to the real estate recording act. The real estate recording act itself isudsummarised in the thesis. On the other hand, the field work phase of the land survey as welludas the production of an expert's detailed report on the demarcation, division and levelling ofudborders along with the delimination of the soil under the building, the changes in the type ofudusage and the registration in the land register are presented and described in detail.
