摘要

The diploma thesis deals with the influence of three different types of polymer latexes on mechanical and physical properties of materials with polymer-cement binder at different polymer/cement ratios (0,05, 0,075 and 0,10). Materials with polymer-cement binder were made using two different aggregates and two different ordinary cements. Due to big number of variables the tests were carried out on mortars. Firstly 24 different mixtures of mortars were defined on which different tests were carried out. On fresh mortar mixes flow value, air content and density were determined and on hardened mortar mixes first compressive and flexural tests were carried out on specimens cured in two different ways (wet and dry curing). After that shrinkage and water absorption tests were carried out on hardened mortars and at the end we checked the influence of freezing/thawing cycles on the flexural and compressive strength of the specimen.
