Use of simplified programs for calculation of waves following dam break

In Graduation Thesis I analyze the failure of 3 different dams. The dam failure was analyzed with the help of a simplified model for calculation of dam failure consequences. We calculated wave flood times, maximum depths of waves and maximum flow in certain calculation points. Results are shown graphically and analytically and compared to results of complete methods for calculation of St. Venant equations. There is also a written user manual of the SMPDBK model, which was used in analysis.
