Undergraduate thesis contains theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part I have dealt with general planning in construction and briefly described the most useful techniques of project planning. In continuation of the theoretical part, I described the essential characteristics of construction projects and their implementation, and concluded the theoretical part with presentation of the most frequent and influential causes for delays at implementation of construction projects in general. In the begining of the practical part I have introduced principal characteristics of the project Elektro preizkuševalnica na lokaciji CD Moste and main participants which co-operates at the implementation of the project. Main participants are investor, Slovenske železnice, d.o.o and executor, construction company SCT, d.d.. In continuation of the practical part I have focused on finding the errors which are causing the delays at implementation of construction. I have gave specialy attention to errors which are appearing often and causing the delays at construction projects and I have also found them in our project. Practical part of undergraduate thesis also contains the solutions for reducing or eliminating delays at implementation of construction project in future. At the end of the practical part I have graphically presented time deviation between planned and actually finished activities inside the construction project.
