Pour un ‘Programme d'Appui à l'Interopérabilité Universitaire' en Tunisie : rôle des normes et des standards d'interopérabilité pour les technologies éducatives et l'e Learning

The world of education, training and learning decided since a decade to enroll in an international dynamics about standards for ICT and e-Learning. This dynamics aims at unifying the processes of creating training skills and harmonizing the mechanisms for exchange and sharing learning resources. It also intents to integrate more homogeneous tools and services for interoperable educational systems. This process is inspired from leading areas such as health, trade, business or public administration where networking is defined on basis of standardized references developed and accepted internationally. This paper outlines the challenges and stakes of standardization in an e-Learning framework specific to Tunisia.
