The development of information technology is growing rapidly from year to year, especially the website, have been widely implemented into various government and private agencies to facilitate the work process. One is the school, in this particular school library that can be a source of reference and learning tool for students and teachers. In this case study library Vocational High School 3 Kendal still collecting data on members, as well as the circulation of books manually, so frequent data errors, delays in reporting as well as service to members less than the maximum. The library information system that will be made useful to minimize errors that have occurred and the system is used to support hardware that is Barcode Scanner. Library information system design using SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), as well as the tools used to design the flow of the system include Document, Context Diagram, DFD and ERD. This research is expected to generate a library of web-based information system that can work optimally. In the last stage can be concluded that this system is very helpful and librarians facilitate and improve services to members. As well as to add value to the system, you can add some features that have not been included in the system are reviewed at the end of the report.
