摘要

BKD Central Java as a government agency specifically address the issue of staffing Civil Servants (PNS) in Central Java. With the number of civil servants who are known to exist around 15866 people, resulting in the processing of the data using an information system in order to facilitate the duties and functions in the field of data processing at BKD. In a personnel information system is a monitoring and evaluation is needed to determine whether the system is running according to plan. In this study discusses the process of monitoring and evaluation of system performance, especially in the field of human resources in a data processing BKD Central Java domain using COBIT 4.1 Monitoring and Evaluate Performance (ME1). By using descriptive quantitative research methods, this study aims to describe how the maturity level and desired expectations of the process of monitoring and evaluating the performance of information systems personnel in the field of data processing. For the current maturity level was at 2.21 level this means that the process of monitoring and evaluation is still lacking. For the 74.1% level expectation assumes great importance of supervision and evaluation of system performance. The recommendations given in the form of the establishment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Key Goal Indicators (KGI) and efforts should be made to reach a level of maturity at level 4 for process monitoring and evaluation.
