Two new species of Coproica Rondani, 1861 are described from the Afrotropical region: Coproica ashleyi sp. n. (Republic of South Africa, Nigeria) and C. paraunispinosa sp. n. (Kenya,udTanzania). Both are sister species (“vicariants”) of Oriental species. A revised key for the C. serra species group is given. With 16 figures.
