Performance Evaluation of Two Palm Kernel Nut Cracker Machines

摘要

In this study performance evaluation of centrifugal impact approach and vertical palmudkernel nut cracker machine was carried out. The results of the study show that theudvertical centrifugal palm kernel cracker is more efficient than the centrifugal impactudapproach palm kernel cracker. The efficiency of Vertical centrifugal palm kerneludcracker is 71.3% and that of centrifugal impact approach is 50.38%. Apart from this,udthe vertical centrifugal machine though has low speed but it produces clean and neatudnut cracked output.
