As well as intermediation of financial institutions, BMT UGT Sidogiri also collect funds from the public and channel them back to the community in the form of financing. In the distribution of the funds, BMT UGT Sidogiri has a nominal target particular, it aims to maximize the benefits to be obtained. To reach the financing target has been set, BMT UGT Sidogiri must also implement risk management financing, it aims to anticipate and take action when there is risk in the financing has been disbursed.udThe purpose of this research study was to clarify the application of risk management to improve profitability and financing to explain the management of third party funds in an effort to improve profitability BMT UGT Sidogiri Branch Lodoyo-Blitar.udIn this research, using a qualitative approach and type of research is a case study. Case study is a qualitative research which seeks to find meaning, to investigate the process and gain insight and deep understanding of individuals, groups or situations. The data used in this research is the primary data source. To explore the data more deeply and relevant, researchers used in-depth interviews. While the validity of the data in order to find a comprehensive and factual presentation using observation, interviews and documentation.udBased on the research results, financing risk management applied by BMT UGT Sidogiri includes risk identification, risk measurement, risk monitoring and risk control financing, which has the objective to determine the incidence of the risk of early and precise handling that risks such financing can be prevented. This is because, almost 90% of earned income comes from the distribution of third party funds (financing). Third party funds obtained BMT is the funds collected from the public whether in the form of deposits or term deposits. In its management, third party funds that have been collected, then processed and allocated for financing activities.
