This study aims to identify the automatic scenario generation system, which takes into consideration the role of a serious game players, on the basis of a balanced scorecard approach and using fuzzy inference system. For comparison proposed different defuzzification methods such as centroid, bisektor, Means of Maximum, Largest of Maximum and Smallest of Maximum. Preliminary results showed that the use of different methods of defuzzification, as the producer output, capable of providing value strategy in the selection of scenarios consistent. This means that the designed system is capable of providing choice to the proposed scenario in serious game.
