摘要

Research entitled measuring levels of human resources productivity to support world class university analysis work target employees (SKP) as a performance appraisal instrument. The research is the qualitative study since it bases on philosophy positivism, used to scrutinize the physical condition of objects, (as an adversary of experiment) where the researcher is as the key instrument, purposive and snowball sampling are used to collect sampling, while triangulation is used as the other data collection process, data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and the findings of the qualitative study are not sweeping generalization but meaning. The findings revealed that assessments by the performance of (performance appraisal) employees Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University of Malang has been running in accordance with the procedures and in accordance with the rules applied number 46, 2011 about assessment work performance civil servants, each civil servant employee and BLU employees are required to prepare (SKP) at the begining and the end, the leader hold performance evaluation of comprising of the work target employees (SKP) with 60 % (sixty percent ) rate value and 40 % ( forty percent) rate value for work behavior. They showed that the target work employees (SKP) of Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University, Malang is in line with the plan and target setted by the leader.
