This report looks at the background to the two Northern Ireland strategies, to what extent the objectives of the Alcohol and Drug strategies have been achieved, an appraisal from the perspective of the stakeholders, and a look at revising and redesigning the strategies to ensure better delivery of service and achievement of objectives.
