This article describes the features of psychological support and correction of communicative competence of students - future specialists of physical culture and sports in the process of teaching and training and presents the results of experimental verification of its effectiveness.udPsychological support includes psychological, educational technology, built on the basis of psychological features of formation of communicative competence of students who have been clarified in the empirical research. It is aimed at professional and communicative development of future specialists in physical education and sport, involves acquisition of knowledge in psychology, communication, communication skills, providing adequate professional interaction in the learning process and in future careers, working some algorithms develop teaching and communication skills, conflict resolution communicative situations and so on.
