摘要

Educational guidance has a role to connect educational process with labor market and labor process. Change of industrial structure influences labour process directory, and change of labor process influences the youth choice of cources through labor market indirectly. So, educational guidance is very passive. But it is possible to treat educational guidance as a means to control the relation of educational process, labor market, and labor process. In this mean, educational guidance is very active. The question is how the active and the passive quality of educational guidance are related each other. This paper is aimed to explicate the treatment of educational guidance by the state that treated economic growth as a sureme purpose, and the relation of that treatment and the change of the labor market, 1955-1970.
