The emergence of the new technologies of information and communication, as well as that of the intelligence system and new practices, have brought about deep transformations. Whichever ways we look at it, they all concern the whole system of actors, and have an impact on the territories on which they are based. In order to analyze this phenomenon, to apprehend and represent it, it is necessary to set up some indicators showing the insertion of information inside disrupted territories. It seems appropriate to establish how space is being reorganized, determine what the influences from the physical aspects over the informational domains are, and how virtual space can impact physical territories. We have devoted ourselves in determining how the new territories are going to fit together and also how they are combined and interact with each other. Some initiatives, which aim at controlling space and considering the practices, stand out, but the lack of authentic coordination, the dependence of the new technologies, the deficiency of analytical approach, or even of global outlook, confine constructive results that could arise from any real cohesion. The contribution of territorial intelligence, combined with using and mastering cybermetrics analysis, allows us to approach the subject in its main characteristics, namely the relationship between the physical and the informational space, and also lends itself to a more precise study of the link inside these territories. All of this comes together to help us take a deeper look at and to plan what territory is for today and will be for the future?
