La phase de diagnostic dans l'élaboration des plans de déplacements d'entreprise : une méthodologie à adapter pour répondre aux spécificités de chaque terrain d'étude

This study deals with the carrying out of the diagnosis stage of company mobility plans and inter-companies mobility plans. These procedures aim to promote, to employees and visitors, alternative modes of transport to the personnal car. In a planning approach, the diagnosis is an important tool for decision making. Not only it provides a legitimate mechanism for a global territorial approach but also serves to as an instrument for understanding its functioning. In continuity of an internship, our aim is to present and analyse methodologies using by MHC Conseil's research department in the diagnosis stage of company mobility plans and the necessity to adapt them to each field of study. To address this question, projects of company mobility plan of Dassault Aviation and inter-companies mobility plan of Plan de Campagne, realise to different analysis scales, will be presented. Methods using during the internship will be exposed and used as basis for our analysis. This comparison permits to show the necessity to adapt methods of the diagnosis stage to each field of study. Results and lessons learned from the internship reveal that analysis methodologies can be improved and completed by methods from the field of research. Furthermore, they don't have to stay fixed. They can be adapted to each project because of specificities of each field of study.
