The Effect of 'Moriamin-S' on Leucopenia. II. Its Effects on Protective Mechanism against Leucopenia due to X-Ray Radiation with Special Reference t o its Influence to the Peripheral Leucocytes

Significant increase in leucocytes in shorter per i o d than control group by administration of the essential amino acid derivative, Moriamin-S, to the experimental animals with severe leucopenia due to administration of anti-cancer substance and significant increase in leucocytes in relatively shorter period by administration of the drug to clinical patients with severe leucopenia due to deep X-Ray therapy and Cobalt therapy have been previously reported from our clinic. This report consists of pr o tective mechanism of Moriamin-S against deep X-Ray therapy on 12 rabbits divided into 5 groups.
