The treatment of male infertility with some medicaments

Gonadotropins, AICA orotate, Vitamin B12, Coenzyme Q 7 or Vitamin E administered to the patients with oligospermic infertility in our clinic for the past 3 years appeared to have good effect to increase in sperm count in some patients. However, the occurrence rate of conception following these therapies was not higher than that of conception in the fairly properly selected control series which had not received therapy. It was then concluded that these medical treatments had given no significant improvements in spermatogenesis and fertility.
