[eng] In the last years, the German legislator has been characterized by theprovision to legal operators of forms consisting of a kind of instructions about thecorrect application of the law. The most important and well-known example of alegally privileged prototype is the one of the forms informing the consumer about hisor her right to cancel, which are included in the EGBGB (Law of Introduction to theGerman Civil Code) in the form of an annex. The experience has posed some problemsindeed. In fact, its use can be considered highly advantageous only as of 2010. Thereare still doubts about the effects that the modifications introduced in the officialmodel of instructions can have.
