THE EFFECT OF ORIGINAL LOCAL GOVERNMENT REVENUE, VILLAGE ALLOCATION FUND AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO SOCIAL ASSISTANCE EXPENDITURE ON THE VILLAGE GOVERNMENT

Social assistance expenditure is a problem facing every of village goverment, many efforts made by the village government to improve social assistance expenditure include original local government revenue, village allocation fund and financial assistance for social assistance expenditure like that tackling poverty the village government. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of original local government revenue, village allocation fund and financial assistance for social assistance expenditure on Social assistance expenditure of village government at the Province throught Indonesia. The data used is secondary data sourced from Financial Statistics of villega government reports by central bureau of statistics (BPS-Statistics Indonesia), budget revenue and expenditure of village government (APBDes) throughout Indonesia by Province for the period of 2014 to 2016. The analytical method used is panel data regression using the SPSS 24. The analysis showed parcial original local government revenue, village allocation fund and financial assistance have signifcant influence on social assistance expenditure, and simultan original local government revenue, village allocation fund and financial assistance have significant influence on social assistance expenditure. Based on the findings, it is hoped that the government will be able to increase the village revenue, namely original local government revenue, village allocation fund and financial assistance to increase the social assistance expenditure in tackling poverty in the village government
