Polycrystalline La doped BaTiO3 (BT) ceramic with general formula Ba1-xLa2x/3TiO3 ( x = 0, 0.01, 0.025, 0.05, 0.075, 0.1) ceramics were prepared by Sol gel route. The DSC-TGA graph shows that the organic materials are getting removed at the time of endothermic reaction and getting crystallized at the time of exothermic reaction. Structural property of all compositions is studied by XRD .The well-defined XRD pattern was observed which shows single phase with tetragonal structure. From XRD graph, it is also seen that the peak is shifting towards right with increase in La concentration in the composition. Surface morphology of the pellets sintered by microwave furnace is studied by SEM analysis. SEM images show that with increase in doping concentration the grain size decreases. The temperature and frequency dependency dielectric study of BaTiO3 composition sintered at 12500C for 20 mins. is studied. Curie constant values are calculated from the Curie Weiss law. ud
