Ermüdung von Sinterstählen in Abhängigkeit vom hochbeanspruchten Volumen und Spannungsverhältnis

The fatigue behaviour of two sintered structural steels under varying densities and loading types as a function of the highly loaded volume and the stress-ratio is analysed. Breaching a volume of seven orders of magnitude [mm^3] and four stress-ratios. Based on the results of fatigue specimens (wöhler-curves), combined with intensive FEA, several parts under different stress ratios and highly loaded volumes are predicted and expermentally verified. Based on these results three different methods for fatigue-calculation are compared and evaluated.
