Carbon-13 spin-lattice relaxion and photoelectron spectroscopy of some aromatic sulphides and sulphones

In this thesis carbon-13 NMR spectroscopy and photoelectron spectroscopy have been used to study the electronic structure of the symmetric dithienothiophenes 1-3 and the corresponding sulphones 4-6 (see introduction for the formula).
