PENGEMBANGAN SOFTWARE AEROBIC CAPACITY DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN BLEEP TEST BERBASIS APLIKASI ANDROID

PenelitianinibertujuanuntukmembuatsoftwareinstrumentpengukurBleep Test berbasis aplikasi android. Fungsi aplikasi Bleep Test ini yaitu untuk memandu jalannya tes yang memudahkan pengguna dalam pelaksanaan tes dengan pencatatan hasil yang otomatis. Aplikasi ini dibuatmenggunakan aplikasi Intel XDK.Aplikasi inimenggunakan indikator berlari yang berbentuk animasi yang memudahkan pengguna, animasi ini juga akan bertambah cepat dengan bertambahnya level. PenelitianinimenggunakanpendekatanmetodeResearch and Development (R&D). Hasil uji coba dan uji validasi yang dilakukan dari tahap simulasi sampai uji coba dilapangan secara umum berfungsi dengan baik. Uji coba statistik menunjukan tiadak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dengan cara manual, sehingga aplikasi ini dapat digunakan. Output darihasilpenggunaaninstrumentinidapat mengetahui berapa kekuatan aerobic maksimal atau Vo2Max yang selanjutnya hasil akan dianalisis dan dievaluasi oleh pelatih untuk meningkatkan performa atlet. ;--- This study was aimed at creating an instrument in the form of android-based software to measure Bleep Test. The Bleep Test application has a pivotal function to ease all users to get the test result automatically. This software was created by using Intel XDK application. The application of Bleep Test employed an animation as a running indicator. Moreover, the animation will be seen to move quickly as the running level gets higher. The research employed Research and Development (R&D) method. The test result and validation test being conducted from the simulation to the trial stages generally run very well. The statistics from the trial revealed that there was no any significant difference between the test result using the Bleep Test application and the test result which was acquired manually. Therefore, the application is highly recommended to use in the Bleep Test. By using the application, the users are able to see the maximum strength of aerobic or Vo2Max in which the instructors can analyze and evaluate in order to increase the performance of athletes.
