POLA TINDAK TUTUR DALAM KOMUNIKASI DOKTER GIGI DENGAN PASIEN DI RUMAH SAKIT GIGI DAN MULUT

Penelitian ini menganalisis pola, realisasi tindak tutur dokter gigi, penerimaan pasien terhadap realisasi tindak tutur dokter gigi, juga variabel sosial yang terlibat terutama pada fase anamnesis, treatment, dan post-treatment. Penelitian ini menelisik keterkaitan antara pragmatik dan aspek komunikasi teurapetik khususnya di Rumah sakit gigi dan mulut. Secara umum, penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian kualitatif didukung oleh data lisan yang bersumber pada rekaman pertuturan antara dokter gigi dengan pasien. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data ditemukan bahwa tindak tutur direktif mendominasi hampir seluruh fase teurapetik, diikuti oleh tindak tutur asertif, dan kemunculan optional ekspresif serta komisif. Variasi pola muncul pada sebagian fase, khususnya pada fase treatment dan post-treatment ditandai oleh tingginya asertif dibandingkan dengan tindak tutur lainnya. Selain itu, kecenderungan homogenitas penggunaan tindak tutur muncul sebagai operasionalisasi dari teknik komunikasi teurapetik. Pun variabel sosial seperti jarak (distance), kuasa (power), dan imposisi (rank of imposition) ditemukan relatif berpengaruh dalam penelitian ini.udud;---This study is aim to analyze the dentist speech act pattern, patient responses towards the speech act realization, and social variable attached in the phase of anamnesis, treatment and post-treatment. This study also depicts the incision between pragmatic and teurapetic communication at RSGM. Thus, this study is categorized as a qualitative research for being supported by the oral data collected from the dentist and patient communication. According to the data analysis, directive considered as the most dominating speech act, followed by assertive, then expressive and commisive. The variation emerges in the certain of treatment and post-treatment data shows that assertive is higher than others. Thus, the tendency of speech act homogenity is merely influenced due to teurapetic communication technic. On the other hand, the social variables as a distance, power and rank of imposition relatively significant appear in this study.
