MANFAAT HASIL BELAJAR TEKNOLOGI PENCELUPAN KAIN POLIESTER SEBAGAI KESIAPAN KERJA DI INDUSTRI PENCELUPAN

Penelitian ini membahas tentang manfaat hasil belajar teknologi pencelupan kain poliester sebagai kesiapan kerja di industri pencelupan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk pemperoleh data mengenai manfaat hasil belajar teknologi pencelupan kain poliester sebagai kesiapan kerja di industri pencelupan ditinjau dari memahami proses pencelupan kain poliester, memahami zat warna dispersi dan melaksanakan proses pencelupan kain poliester. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa angket. Jumlah sampel total berjumlah 64 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari setengahnya responden mengetahui manfaat hasil belajar teknologi pencelupan kain poliester sebagai kesiapan kerja di industri pencelupan, ditinjau dari pengetahuan pemahaman karakteristik kain poliester, zat warna dispersi dan pelaksanaan proses pencelupan kain poliester dengan zat warna dispersi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lebih dari setengah peserta didik kelas XI tahun ajaran 2014/2015 Program Keahlian Teknologi Pencelupan SMK Karya Pembangunan 3 Majalaya telah merasakan manfaat hasil belajar teknologi pencelupan kain poliester sebagai kesiapan kerja di industri pencalupan.ududThis research discusses the benefits of learning outcomes polyester fabric dyeing technologies as job readiness in the dyeing industry. The purpose of this research is to obtain the data on the benefits of learning outcomes polyester fabric dyeing technologies as job readiness in the dyeing industry in terms of understanding the process of polyester fabrics dyeing , understanding disperse dyes and implement the process of polyester fabrics dyeing. The method used is descriptive method with data collection tools in the form is a questionnaire. The number of samples in total amounts to 64 learners. The results showed that more than half of the respondents know the benefits of learning outcomes polyester fabric dyeing technologies as job readiness in the dyeing industry, in terms of knowledge understanding of the characteristics of polyester fabric, disperse dyes and implementation process ofpolyester fabrics dyeing with disperse dyes. The conclusion from this study showed that more than half the students of class XI of the school year 2014/2015 Immersion Technology Skills Program Development SMK Karya 3 Majalaya have felt the benefits of learning outcomes polyester fabric dyeing technology in the industry as job readiness in the dyeing indusrty.
