MOTIF MASYARAKAT MELAKUKAN JENIS AKTIVITAS OLAHRAGA DILAPANGAN SABUGA BERDASARKAN USIA (ANAK-ANAK, REMAJA, DEWASA DAN LANSIA: Studi Deskriptif Terhadap Olahraga Masyarakat di Kota Bandung

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menelaah motif masyarakat kota Bandung dalam melakukan aktivitas olahraga di lapangan Sabuga kota Bandung. Adapun olahraganya meliputi olahraga prestasi, olahraga rekreasi dan olahraga kesehatan. Sampel diambil sebanyak 80 orang yang terdiri dari anak-anak, remaja, dewasa dan lansia, dengan menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument angket motif olahraga prestasi, rekreasi dan kesehatan. Penghitungan statistic menggunakan SPSS, dari hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dan anak-anak memiliki skor tertinggi untuk motif berolahraga prestasi. Pada olahraga rekreasi diperoleh data bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dan usia dewasa memiliki skor tertinggi. Pada motif olahraga kesehatan diperoleh data bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dan usia dewasa memilki skor tertinggi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan motif berolahraga prestasi dan rekreasi serta tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan motif olahraga kesehatan yang dilakukan oleh anak-anak, remaja, dewasa dan lansia.; This study aims at examining the motives of Bandung people in doing sports activities in Sabuga Sport Centre Bandung. The sports preferences included sports for achievement, recreational sports and sports for health. This study involved 80 people as the data sample consisting of children, adolescents, adults and the elderly, by utilizing the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. In collecting data, questionnaire was used as the main instrument. The questionnaire covered sports motives for achievement, recreation and health. Statistical calculation used SPSS, and the results of data analysis showed that there were significant differences and the children resulted in the highest scores of sports motives for achievement. In the recreational sports, the results showed that there were significant differences and adulthood resulted in the highest score. In sports motives for health, the results showed that there were significant differences and adulthood resulted in the highest score. The results of this study indicated that there were significant differences of sports motives for achievement and recreation and there was no significant difference in the sports motives for health performed by children, adolescents, adults and the elderly.
